Experience counseling businesses with a broad range of services, including entity structuring, complex litigation and pre-dispute counseling, contract review and drafting, compliance, and employment matters.
Prior to my legal career, I spent eight years working in accounting and business assurance groups within businesses ranging from family-owned to an oil and gas major. I counsel clients regarding both their day-to-day business needs and complex business disputes.
